I learned to ski at Bridger Bowl, and this mountain has always been a special place for me. It’s been about 4 years since I was up there, and Friday was an absolutely gorgeous day to rediscover my favorite runs (and my love of skiing.) Not only was the weather perfect, but the hill wasn’t too busy either. This allowed me to stop and take some photos of the beautiful views. Thank goodness for the iPhone… coupled with VSCOcam, I was able to capture great images without having to lug my giant dSLR along. If we get season passes next year, maybe I would take a day just for photography. I’d rather get more skiing in without worrying about the camera for now though. I was impressed with how the panorama shot came out – especially with moving snowboarders going through the frame. It didn’t chop them up, and there’s no better way to show the great view your eye can glimpse up on the slopes. Ski the cold smoke!
