minolta srt 201 + kodak pro black & white film

Since I really fell in love with my Canon AT-1 when I shot black and white with it, I thought putting a roll of black and white film in the Minolta would be a good test for that camera. Natchitoches is a cute little town not too far away, and has some great details to shoot along its historic streets. I also wanted to document this place before we move. It’s been a fun spot for us to go to get away from Fort Polk once in a while.

One of our favorite shops is a Kitchen Store that carries a lot of unique soup and dip mixes. As we were leaving, I realized their pan display wasn’t just hanging in the window, it was hanging on a giant whisk! Yes, I’m that weird girl with the old film camera, taking her time manually focusing on the pan display facing out the window. Worth it for the memory. :)
